Ommi AI values your privacy and personal information protection. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you access or use https://ommiai.com/ and Ommi AI services including AI video and image generation, model aggregation, template creation, work management, subscription applications, payments, and account management.

By accessing or using Ommi AI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using Ommi AI.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

The Ommi AI frontend website, workspace, generation tools, model pages, template pages, pricing page, profile, and work management features.
Services related to accounts, login, uploads, generation, downloads, subscriptions, payments, support, and security risk control.

This policy does not apply to third-party websites, AI model providers, payment platforms, or other third-party services. Their own privacy policies and terms apply.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account and login information

When you register, log in, or use account features, we may collect email address, display name, avatar, third-party login identifiers such as Google account ID, login status, session information, authentication tokens, and preferences such as language, default model, or resolution.

3.2 Generation and creation information

Ommi AI plans to use Google OAuth for login. Google may provide necessary account information such as email, name, and avatar based on your authorization. We do not receive your Google password.

When you use AI video or image generation, we may process prompts, negative prompts, style preferences, parameters, selected models, templates, generation modes, resolution, aspect ratio, duration, quality settings, uploaded reference assets, generated images or videos, previews, task results, metadata, task status, failure reasons, provider summaries, timing, credit consumption, and task logs.

3.3 Uploaded files and works

We may process file names, MIME types, sizes, dimensions, duration, encoding information, upload time, storage paths, object keys, preview links, temporary download links, work names, favorite status, deletion status, generation source, user ownership, storage usage, and work statistics. Ommi AI uses Cloudflare R2 object storage to store uploaded assets and generated results.

3.4 Payment, subscription, and credit information

When you apply for Pro access, purchase subscriptions, make payments, or use credits, we may collect plan, order number, order status, payment status, renewal status, credit balance, free quota, credit usage, credit ledger, and grant records. Ommi AI uses Creem.io as a third-party payment provider. Sensitive payment data such as full card numbers is typically handled directly by the payment provider and is not intentionally stored by Ommi AI.

3.5 Usage data, device information, and logs

We may collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, timezone, approximate region, visited pages, clicks, referrers, access time, dwell time, error logs, performance data, API request logs, request IDs, rate-limit records, abnormal status codes, security logs, cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or similar browser storage.

3.6 Support and communications

When you contact support@ommiai.com, we may collect your email address, account details, order information, screenshots, error messages, issue descriptions, communication records, and other information needed to process your request.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Ommi AI uses cookies and pixels to maintain login sessions, preserve language, theme, form cache, preferences, cookie or analytics consent status, prevent fraud and abuse, and measure traffic, performance, and user experience.

For non-essential analytics cookies or Google Analytics, we follow cookie and analytics consent practices where supported. Non-essential analytics scripts should not load before user consent. You may reject or delete cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working properly.

5. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to create, verify, and manage accounts; provide AI generation services; process uploads, generation, transcoding, saving, previews, downloads, and deletion; calculate credits, subscriptions, and storage; process Pro applications, payments, subscription status, and refunds; display models, templates, SEO content, and localized content; provide support; send necessary service notices; perform security, anti-fraud, anti-abuse, rate limiting, and policy enforcement; analyze usage, performance, errors, and trends; and comply with law and agreements.

6. Third-Party Services and Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. To provide Ommi AI, we may share necessary information with authentication providers such as Google OAuth, database and storage providers such as Supabase Postgres and Cloudflare R2, AI model providers, payment providers such as Creem.io, analytics providers such as Google Analytics when consented, and legal or safety recipients where required.

For AI generation, we may send the minimum necessary prompts, parameters, uploaded assets, selected model or template configuration, and de-identified task information to third-party AI providers. We try to avoid sharing unnecessary identity information such as email, account ID, real name, or precise location with AI providers.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy unless law, compliance, dispute handling, security, or agreement enforcement requires longer retention.

Account data is generally retained while the account exists. Tasks, works, and assets are retained while needed to provide service. Order, subscription, credit, and transaction records may be retained for finance, tax, audit, or disputes. Logs may be retained for security, debugging, and risk control. After deletion requests, some backups, logs, legal holds, or dispute records may remain for a necessary period.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including authentication, access controls, database permissions, row-level security, separation of server secrets and public frontend variables, upload validation, temporary download links, object storage permissions, rate limiting, risk controls, logging, auditing, and monitoring. No internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and you should also protect your account and devices.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, withdraw consent for, export, or request deletion of certain personal information. You may manage some information in product settings or contact support@ommiai.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing requests. To maintain safety and compliance, we may automatically or manually review uploaded assets, prompts, generation tasks, outputs, public works, and user behavior. If content or behavior appears unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, evasive, or in violation of platform rules, we may reject uploads or generation, hide or delete content, suspend or terminate tasks or accounts, preserve necessary evidence, or disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary.

Ommi AI may contain links to third-party websites, services, model providers, payment pages, documents, or social media. We do not control their privacy practices and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy based on product, technical, legal, compliance, or business changes. Updated policies will be posted on the website and take effect on the posted effective date. Continued use after updates means you understand and accept the updated policy.
