What do credits mean?
Pro includes 100 credits per month. Image generation costs 4 credits per generation, video generation costs 12 credits per generation, and free users get 1 image and 1 video generation to try the service.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a platform or provider failure prevents generation, users can contact support@ommiai.com. Ommi AI will review the task record and may restore the related credits. Failures caused by user prompts, parameters, uploaded assets, or policy violations are generally not eligible for credit restoration.
Are credits charged for blocked prompts?
No. Prompts rejected by Creem Moderation or Ommi AI safety checks are not sent into the model generation flow and are not charged credits.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. If you cancel, your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period.
What is the refund policy?
Eligible subscription purchases may be reviewed for refund if the request is submitted within 3 days after successful purchase. See the Refund Policy for the full conditions.
