Ommi AI Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Ommi AI. Ommi AI is an AI video and image generation platform that provides text-to-video, image-to-video, text-to-image, image-to-image, template creation, work management, subscription, and credit-related services.
By accessing or using https://ommiai.com/ and related Ommi AI products, features, and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop accessing or using Ommi AI.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Ommi AI.
If you use Ommi AI on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
If you do not meet these requirements, do not register for, access, or use Ommi AI.
3. Account Registration and Security
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, login credentials, third-party login authorization, and security information. Activities under your account are considered your responsibility unless you can show they were not caused by your fault.

4. Use of the Services
4.1 Permitted use
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Ommi AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services.
You may not use Ommi AI for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, risk-control-evading, or otherwise prohibited purposes.
4.2 Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Generate, upload, distribute, or share unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, excessively violent, terrorist, extremist, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Generate or distribute content involving another person’s likeness, voice, identity, privacy, personal information, or sensitive information without authorization.
- Infringe any third-party intellectual property, publicity, privacy, reputation, trade secret, or other rights.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, bypass limits, or access Ommi AI systems, code, model interfaces, or data without authorization.
- Use bots, crawlers, scripts, automation, or bulk registration to scrape, stress test, abuse, or interfere with the services.
- Interfere with or bypass security, rate limits, content safety rules, billing rules, credit rules, or access controls.
- Upload malware, viruses, phishing links, or other harmful code.
- Sell, rent, transfer, share, or abuse accounts, subscriptions, credits, quotas, or access rights.
- Use Ommi AI for unauthorized political messaging, spam, fraudulent promotion, phishing, misinformation, or improper commercial activity.
We may refuse, restrict, remove, suspend, or terminate content, tasks, or accounts that violate these terms, platform rules, laws, supplier policies, or risk controls.
5. User Content
You retain rights to text, images, videos, prompts, assets, outputs, and other content you upload, input, generate, edit, save, or share, provided you have the rights required to use them.
You are responsible for all content you create, upload, generate, publish, download, save, or share through Ommi AI and must ensure it complies with laws, these terms, third-party rights, and platform rules.
To provide, maintain, protect, improve, and display the services, you grant Ommi AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, copy, display, transmit, transcode, create thumbnails, provide downloads, troubleshoot, and perform safety review as needed.
If you make content public or submit it for public display, you authorize Ommi AI to display, distribute, and promote it on the website, social media, marketing materials, product pages, case pages, or other reasonable channels.
You may not upload, generate, or share content that is illegal, infringing, unauthorized, sexually exploitative, excessively violent, privacy-invasive, misleading deep synthesis, malicious, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
6. AI Generation Services
AI generation results may be affected by model capabilities, prompts, input assets, parameters, provider status, content safety policies, network conditions, and system resources.
You understand that AI outputs are uncertain, may fail or be rejected, should not be treated as professional advice, and must be reviewed by you before use, publication, commercialization, or distribution.
7. Intellectual Property
Ommi AI websites, interfaces, logos, software, code, design, copy, databases, orchestration logic, workflows, and other materials provided by Ommi AI or its licensors are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise use Ommi AI intellectual property.
Feedback, suggestions, issue reports, feature ideas, or improvement comments you provide may be used by Ommi AI without restriction or compensation.
8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits
Some features may require subscriptions, credits, or other fees. Prices, benefits, quotas, validity periods, and limits are shown on the website or order pages.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, whose terms may also apply.
Ommi AI may adjust prices, plans, quotas, benefits, billing methods, or promotions. Refunds are governed by the Ommi AI refund policy and may be requested through support@ommiai.com.
9. Cancellation
If subscriptions are available, you may cancel through the website or account page. Cancellation normally stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Please cancel before the next billing cycle begins to avoid future charges.
10. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
Ommi AI may modify, suspend, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the services due to business, technical, supplier, compliance, or safety needs.
If you violate these terms, laws, platform rules, supplier policies, or present safety, fraud, abuse, chargeback, or infringement risks, Ommi AI may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account, tasks, content, credits, or service access.
11. Disclaimers
Ommi AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ommi AI disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, accuracy, commercial usability of outputs, or results meeting expectations.
Ommi AI is not responsible for third-party models, payment services, login services, cloud storage, networks, or other third-party services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ommi AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, reputational harm, content deletion, credit consumption, or lost opportunities.
Ommi AI’s total liability will not exceed the service fees you paid to Ommi AI during the 3 months before the claim arose; if you paid no fees, liability is limited to the minimum allowed by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ommi AI, its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these terms or laws, infringement of third-party rights, improper content, abuse, or false information.
14. Changes to These Terms
Ommi AI may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and become effective on the posted effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
15. Miscellaneous
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ommi AI regarding the services.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Ommi AI’s failure or delay in exercising any right is not a waiver.
You may not assign your rights or obligations without prior written consent from Ommi AI. Ommi AI may assign or delegate rights and obligations as needed for business purposes.
